✨️ At the “Brieži” guest house, attended by 18 young people from five different educational institutions in the Bauska District Municipality (Codes Primary School, Griķi Primary School, Pilsrundāle Secondary School, Skaistkalne Secondary School, Īslīce Primary School).
💯 The young people gained a broader understanding of the principles behind student self-governance and acquired the basic skills needed to understand leadership, teamwork and the development and implementation of various initiatives. We would like to thank every educational institution and the young people for their active involvement in implementing the project, and we wish them every success in carrying out their initiatives during this term.
🫵 P.S. Proof that formal and non-formal education can be combined – schools are open-minded and able to adapt to exciting opportunities that will also foster a ‘sense of purpose within the school’, by attending sessions on weekdays.
