On your first visit

On later visits
Scan the QR code, choose the space and log your visit. It takes just a few seconds - no paper, no long lists.
Why it's needed
What does digital tracking give us?
To grow opportunities for young people
Visitor numbers help prove that young people need these places and activities. The more accurate the tracking, the better we can justify the need for new activities, equipment, projects and funding.
To prepare accurate reports
Many activities run within project and funding programmes. Digital tracking helps us prepare accurate reports for the municipality, funders and partners.
To plan our work
Seeing visit patterns lets us better plan activities, working hours, team workload and the resources we need.
To look after safety
It matters to us to stay on top of what's happening in the spaces. Tracking helps us understand who was present at a given time and, if needed, respond faster, find out what happened or resolve unclear situations.
This system isn't built to control you. It helps us create a safer, more organised environment that better fits young people's needs.
