On 28 October, we took part in the closing seminar of Career Week, “Energy Exchange for Careers”, organised by VIAA. Gints Jankovskis and Elīza Elizabete Loja led a workshop introducing careers advisers to the digital career app “Open4Skills” and its use when working with young people.
There were lots of questions, which made us very happy! Thank you to the careers advisers for your interest, suggestions and willingness to share your experience. It is important for us to hear what is useful to you in your everyday work and what could be improved further. We also gain a great deal from these conversations.
Thank you to VIAA for the invitation and the opportunity to share what we do! We are delighted to take part in events like this and meet people with whom we can think together about opportunities for young people.
