📢 ☀️ Visitors will be treated to a Christmas market where they can enjoy a cosy atmosphere, purchase items made by local home producers, craftspeople and school student-run businesses, take part in creative workshops and sample delicious soup cooked over an open fire.

✅️ Creative workshops and partner activities:

🔵 The “Laiks Jauniešiem” Association – educational and interactive games for the whole family;

🔵 Bauska District Council Youth Department – the chance to personalise fabric bags for Christmas presents;

🔵 Centre for Entrepreneurship and Skills Development – a workshop on making scented sachets;

🔵 Tourist Information Centre – making Father Christmas postcards;

🔵 Jolanta Beinaroviča, Grāvendāle Dairy – a masterclass in making Christmas decorations;

🔵 Svitenes Community Centre and the “Šurumburums” amateur theatre group – will provide hot soup and creative entertainment for the whole family.

The market is organised by the Bauska District Association for the Support of Craftspeople, Home Producers and Small Farmers “Dari-Nāc Bauskas pusē” in collaboration with Bauska District Council and local organisations.
