The aim of the project is to strengthen cooperation between rural education institutions in Bauska region by developing young people's leadership skills and increasing their prestige. The project will involve students from five educational institutions in Bauska region: Pilsrundāle Secondary School, Skaistkalne Secondary School, Codes Primary School, Victory Primary School and Griķu Primary School. From each school 3-4 young people will participate in the three-day Academy of leaders, which aims to improve the level of student self-governance, promote cooperation and improve the prestige of educational institutions.
The project will pay particular attention to young people with fewer opportunities in order to ensure inclusive access and support to all members of the target group.
The project activities will be designed to meet the needs and interests of young people by promoting their development and involvement in society. The target group will be actively included in all training and activities to ensure their full participation and interest.
In conclusion, each self-governing team will be allocated funding, coordinating it for the Youth Team, the organization of activity in an educational institution.
