🎉💥🎯The aim of the project is to improve communication and understanding between young people, their parents and other stakeholders through a modern and interactive approach, thereby reducing social isolation and promoting healthy relationships.
⭐ The project is aimed at the following target groups:
🔵 Adults and children with mental health conditions, including those with multiple conditions.
🔵 Street children and young people who need a safe environment and support in developing social skills.
🔵 People who are dependent on addictive substances and behaviours and who require emotional and psychological support.
🔵 People released from prison who are facing difficulties in reintegrating into society.
🔵 The long-term unemployed, particularly young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training).
📌Main project activities:
🔹️Development and testing of the interactive app ‘Do You Understand?’.
🔹️Establishment of a mentor network, and individual and group sessions.
🔹️Workshops for young people and parents to improve relationships.
💯We expect that 80 per cent of young people and their parents will report improvements in their relationships, 70 per cent of participants will receive positive emotional support, and 60 per cent will demonstrate improvements in social skills.
⏳️The project activities will be carried out in the Zemgale region from 1 August 2025 to 31 May 2027.
