B The time for young people together with representatives of public institutions and non-governmental organisations formed a discussion ♦ Interinstitutional cooperation: we - young people!
The Society's Time for Young People Creative Workshops took place next to the tent, ranging from games to discussions with mentors who inspired to look for their way.
During the discussion, young people and democracy in the Eastern border region raised important questions about education, participation and a sense of belonging among Latgale youth. At the same time - an opportunity to participate in an interactive game "Labyrinth of Participation" and get to know the work of UN youth delegates.
At the end of the day - a bold conversation in a volunteer prison about empathy, participation and what young people can do within the system. Can anything be changed in prison? And where does freedom begin?
