💡 As part of the Erasmus+ participation project LAWAvailable 5.0, the team from the association “Laiks Jauniešiem” went on a team-building trip in a particularly informal and relaxed atmosphere – rafting along the route from Cēsis to Līgatne.
🙌🏻 Eight hours spent together in the great outdoors not only allowed us to bond, but also to chat at our leisure, discuss the latest project developments, talk about future plans and set out the tasks for the next stages.
💪🏻 Meetings like this are important to us, because high-quality work with young people also starts with a strong team – one that is able to communicate, listen to one another, think together and move forward.
❤️ Thank you to all team members for your presence, ideas, openness and for being there together. We’re continuing our work on LAWAvailable 5.0 with renewed energy and a clear roadmap for the future!
