A great opportunity for people who work with, or would like to work with, young people!

🙌🏻 🔵 “Today’s choices: Career UP” is an international 6-day training course on how to help young people make meaningful career choices in a rapidly changing world – with an emphasis on self-awareness, realistic decision-making and resilience.

The programme is highly practical:

✅ non-formal methods and facilitation skills;

✅ digital tools for dealing with choice anxiety and information overload;

✅ the transition from ‘I plan’ to ‘I do’;

📍 Dates: 8–13 March 2026, Birštonas, Lithuania;

📌 Venue: 4 Royal SPA Residence (with spa facilities – for focus and rejuvenation)

💯 The project is led by experienced organisers and trainers with extensive experience in Erasmus+ projects, so the content will be thorough and genuinely practical.

🗣 Important: you do not need to be a ‘professional’ youth worker. Anyone aged 18 or over who is keen to get involved and work with young people or in the youth sector is welcome.
