Opportunities to meet, learn and get involved are important at every age.
At the invitation of the Bauska Municipality Social Service day centre, our team – Gints, Līva and Zane – visited older people to tell them about the “Laiks Jauniešiem” association and our work.
During the meeting, we introduced the opportunities for cooperation and invited them to join the LJ Senior School. It is important to us that information about opportunities to get involved also reaches older people and encourages them to take part in community life. Older people have experience, knowledge and ideas that we would also like to make room for in our organisation’s activities.
