A chance to get acquainted with the daily life of our organization - activity planning, work in the office, administrative activities and real practice - participation in events organised by our organization.
We also took advantage of the valuable knowledge/recommendations that we will certainly use to improve the quality of our organisation, including new cooperation with France and other European countries where Myriam has been present.
This is because Myriam attended two political debates with the candidates from Bauska municipality using a verbal translator, even when engaging in the discussion analysis, as well as Myriam was very active in the planning and management process. During the event KLT in the territorial unit of Saulaine - sharing the experience of young people and preparing the traditional French baking cake, in addition to this, Myriam visited the Latvian school POPiela Cup 2025, where we gained experience as our organization organized a large-scale event, it is myriad favorite team that won the POPiel Cup.
This was the first experience for us to receive trainees from abroad in our organization, we are very pleased to be able to show our activities and tell us how to work with young people in Latvia.
We will definitely continue to look for opportunities and offer internships to both Latvian and foreign students/employees in order to share good practice and gain mutual benefit from experience.
