“Time for Young People” has been awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Cabinet of Ministers!
We are delighted that our work with young people has been noticed and recognised. And today we want to say thank you to everyone who has stood by us and helped us reach this point.
Thank you to the young people who come along, get involved, trust us and tell us what you think. Your ideas and desire to make things happen give us the strength to carry on. Thank you to the parents who entrust us with their children, take an interest, support us and also ask why we do things in a particular way.
Thank you to our team and volunteers. You know how much work goes into every event, project and meeting. How much needs to be discussed and prepared, and how sometimes things have to be rethought at the last minute. Thank you to our partners and supporters for your help and belief in our ideas. Thank you to everyone who recommends us to others or says a kind word – that means a lot too.
And thank you also to those who are not satisfied, notice shortcomings and speak about them. It is not always easy to hear, but you also drive us forward. You make us reconsider our decisions, look at our work from the outside and seek better solutions.
We know that we cannot please everyone. It is important to us to do our work honestly, listen and correct what can be improved. We are still learning a great deal.
We want to share this recognition with all of you. Thank you to those who have valued our work and to those who help us continue it every day. It means a lot to us. Young people are our PRESENT!
