We are very pleased with our team's efforts to update, publish and talk about the local elections in Bauska region. In total we reached the 40.76% threshold, which is much higher than in 2021. in 2003.
Quantitative indicators:
• debates between 7 individual political parties;
• a debate of 1 leaders with political parties;
• 6 closed memorandums on cooperation before - after - the elections, promoting the development of youth work;
• 4 workshops in Bauska region education institutions;
• 1 street leader survey, assessing their visibility;
• a preliminary results survey on 1 streets;
• 15 young people had an EXIT-POLL (anonymous voter poll) polling at polling stations;
• 12 young people took an observer's duties at the municipal polling stations of Bauska County (aged 16-30);
• 12 hours of nighttime live coverage on social networks, as well as discussions on the first results;
• 27 different assembled videos about election process in Bauska region during live broadcast;
On behalf of the entire team, we would like to thank the political parties for their openness, rapid response and involvement in both discussions and responses! We will jointly make our region the best place in Latvia.
However, we would like to thank you most for our association's time for young people - more than 30 people in general who worked together and contributed to the realisation of this important event - of which technical security and real activity - participation and democracy will tell everyone in their community, our organisation, about the values that are important in modern society and their development from youth.
In conclusion, many thanks go to the company "Impulsum" - led by Baiba Žigas, who is active in the education system for participation in late night moderation, as well as to the post-election morning show, where journalist Uldis Varnevičs joined - together, the content is always better and achieves better results!
