The association “Laiks Jauniešiem” has been awarded the European Solidarity Corps Quality Label in all three areas – hosting, leading and supporting. 💙
This means that we will be able to host young people from abroad in Latvia, coordinate volunteering projects and support young people from Latvia on their journey to volunteering abroad. 🌍
✨ As a host organisation, we will be able to welcome young people from abroad who will take part in activities in Latvia.
🤝 As a lead organisation, we’ll take care of project coordination, quality and support throughout the entire process.
🚀 As a supporting organisation, we will help young people from Latvia prepare for volunteering abroad.
Very soon, we will be publishing a call for young people from Latvia aged between 18 and 30 to apply for voluntary work in various locations abroad. ✈️
We will also invite young people from other countries aged between 18 and 30 to come to Latvia and become part of our team. 🇱🇻
Volunteers will be based in both Riga and Bauska, getting involved in youth work, community initiatives, non-formal education and various events. 🙌
