😍 Someone who spoke openly about their challenges, doubts and decisions on the path to choosing a career. It was valuable to hear how experience is built ‘behind the scenes’ and how, step by step, one arrives at a direction that truly inspires and provides the motivation to carry on.
🗣 🎯 During the conversation, we also discussed how to make the most of our time – not just filling up our diaries, but choosing tasks and activities that genuinely help us grow and move forward. Edgars shared practical insights on how to make your free time more meaningful: setting priorities, setting yourself small goals, and setting aside time for things that give you energy rather than ‘draining’ it.
