During the course, issues of identity, diversity and intercultural understanding were studied, as well as tools to help build participatory communities where young people feel heard, accepted and motivated to be socially active.

This was like a journey to a wonderland - the atmosphere, the time spent together and the relationship between the participants made them feel like a story about Alice in Wonderland. Juraj had a role as a Cepurian, Carolina as a real Cheshire cat, and Alexandra as a caterpillar. Fantasy rich methods, magical environment and a true sense of community! These were my first international exercises, which I went to directly through the Youth International Programme Agency, and I hope not the last one.
