Heartfelt conversations, time together and mutual understanding!
As part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) project “Creating Together, Being Together!”, the association “Time for Young People” visited the senior residents of the “Derpele” social care centre to spend time together, talk and strengthen the bond between us.
During the meeting, in an informal and friendly atmosphere, we talked about emotions, their importance in our daily lives, communication and cooperation. We discussed how important it is to know how to listen, express our feelings and build respectful relationships with those around us. Conversations like these remind us that, regardless of age, we all need to be heard and understood.
Thank you to the senior residents and staff of the “Derpele” social care centre for the warm welcome and the time we spent together! We believe that stronger connections between generations are built through simple conversations and mutual attention.
