🗣 Gints, as the organisation’s director, and Ērika, as an active young person, spoke together about how we work with young people in the field of career development – both on a day-to-day basis and through projects. Our approach is based on non-formal education (NFE) methods, which help young people to better understand themselves, develop their skills and make informed decisions about their future.
✅️ We also shared practical examples of how young people can get involved, develop their skills and take advantage of international opportunities that broaden their horizons and provide valuable experience.
🎯 In addition, we took part in a workshop and discussions with industry professionals, working together to find the most effective ways to support young people on their career paths.
✨️ It is important to us that young people’s voices are heard and that they have access to high-quality support tools both in Latvia and abroad.
