💯 We told the young people about the areas of work of the “Laiks Jauniešiem” association and the opportunities to launch their own initiatives, using non-formal education as a valuable tool for personal development.
📌 Two leading companies, well-known in their respective sectors, also took part in the forum:
🔵 “Balticovo” explained to the young people how it is possible to start a career whilst still at school, as well as offering practical advice on creating a high-quality CV and sharing employees’ experiences regarding growth opportunities within the company.
🔵 Meanwhile, “Vizulo” inspired the young people with a story of how a small company managed to grow into one of Europe’s leaders in the field of lighting technology. The young people also learnt how they can gain experience and develop skills during their studies that will be useful in their future careers.
🙌🏻 All in all, it was a valuable and inspiring day that helped the young people to look at career opportunities with a broader and bolder perspective!
