‼️ ‼️ 🫵 If you have the chance to collect pine cones, chestnuts or acorns, please donate them to the “Laiks Jauniešiem” association for their charity campaign “Time for Advent Wreaths!”.
💙 In the Bauska district or in Riga, we can collect them ourselves, but elsewhere in Latvia we’d be delighted if you could send them by courier.
☀️ For the second year running, we’ll be making Advent wreaths to help achieve a specific goal through donations. Last year, with the support of the campaign, we purchased a minibus for the association (for our activities), but this year we wish to raise funds for a Christmas campaign at the end of 2025 – to bring joy to families in rural areas of Bauska Municipality with a 30–40-minute programme in their gardens and small gifts.
🙏 We also invite businesses to get involved by donating Advent wreath bases and candles. We plan to make 150–200 wreaths.
