✨️ 🔵 Supervision for the team and a special session for mentors to strengthen the team’s spirit and well-being;
🔵 ‘How could we…’ – answers to complex – and at times painful – questions, to address minor or major personal or team issues;
🔵 Minor reorganisations/restructuring to strengthen the progress of specific processes and continue to develop the organisation’s strategic operations.
📢 Above all… Building cohesion and strengthening the team’s collective ‘backbone’. The event was attended by 13 staff members from the organisation (project managers, youth workers, mentors, office administrators) and 12 youth leaders.
✍️ “Two days like this are not a luxury, but a necessity. If we want young people to feel safe and supported, then first and foremost we must be honest with one another, be able to discuss difficult topics and agree on a common direction. This is exactly where a true sense of teamwork is born,” says Gints Jankovskis, director of the “Laiks Jauniešiem” association.
💙 We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our friends – Mums Pieder Pasaule (Vita Reinfelde) and ‘Jaunatne Smaidam’ (Renārs Manuilovs) – for their vital support in leading and coordinating activities, as well as supervising the team, drawing on their many years of experience working with young people.
“The project was implemented with funding from the state budget under the Ministry of Education and Science’s National Youth Policy Programme for 2025–2027”. Agency for International Youth ProgrammesYouth Affairs
