Donate materials for Advent wreaths and help create Christmas joy! For the third year running, the association “Laiks Jauniešiem” is inviting everyone to take part in a charity initiative by donating natural materials and other items for making Advent wreaths. Young people, youth workers, senior citizens and other interested participants will create Advent wreaths together, which will be available in exchange for donations.
This year, our shared goal is to bring the “Christmas Express” to Bauska Municipality! Every donated pine cone, acorn or other decorative material will help us prepare Advent wreaths and collect donations to make this idea a reality. It is an opportunity to become part of a larger, shared charitable effort through a very simple contribution.
We invite you to get involved too! If you have pine cones, acorns, conkers or other materials suitable for making Advent wreaths, we would be delighted to receive your support!
Donations can be dropped off at the association’s Laiks Jauniešiem youth centres:
BAUSKA (9 Slimnīcas Street)
RIGA (117a Vienības gatve)
